Problem solvers who rebel against boring
AXN Labs is a design and development studio founded by two developers in 2023. We build websites, online stores, apps and AI tools, and we stay on after launch.
Why we started
We started AXN Labs to build things properly: clean code, honest timelines and websites that keep working long after launch. Today we are four developers, and that is still the whole idea.
We design and develop websites, online stores, web and mobile apps and AI integrations for companies in Germany, Switzerland and the Balkans. The people on your first call are the people who write the code.
We keep the team small on purpose. Short lines, fewer handoffs and one group of people who know your project from the brief to the server it runs on.

Scope
A call, a short workshop and a written scope with a price and a timeline. You know what you get before any code is written.

Design
Wireframes and the key screens in the browser, so content and flows are settled early and changes stay cheap.

Build
We develop in short cycles on a staging site you can open at any time, with a demo at the end of each cycle.

Launch and support
We take it live, set up backups and monitoring, show your team around, and stay on for updates and new features.

We focus on development. For brand identity, logos, motion and social media we team up with partner studios, so each part is done by specialists and you still have one team to talk to.

How the studio came together, who works on your project and what we build with.
Book a callAs a group of freelance developers who were friends first. We kept helping on each other's projects and saw that clients got more when we worked together: one of us on the backend, one on the front end, one testing, one on the servers. In 2023 Fisnik and Arbresh turned that into a studio, so the strengths of the group now come as one team.
An expert for every part of it. Fisnik leads the project as our full-stack developer, Arbresh is the expert for backend architecture and DevOps, Fisnik A. for backend development and testing, and Faton for WordPress and the front end. Each part of your project is handled by the person who knows it best, and you talk to them directly, with no account managers in between.
Laravel with Livewire, Filament, Nova or Statamic for websites, web apps and CRM or CMS panels, Tailwind CSS on the front end, and React or Next.js when a project needs them. WordPress and WooCommerce when they fit, headless included, with custom plugins built to order. For mobile we choose what fits the project: Flutter, React Native or native apps in Android Studio and Xcode, deployed with Laravel Forge or on your own provider.
It lets a small team move quickly without cutting corners: a clear structure, tests, queues and a large ecosystem. With Filament your team gets an admin panel that is easy to run, and the code stays readable for any developer who joins the project later.
Yes. For brand identity, logos, motion and social media we work with our partner studio bleedr. They shape how the brand looks and speaks, we build what it runs on, and you keep one point of contact for the whole project.
Our office is in Skopje. Most of our clients are companies in Germany, Switzerland and the Balkans, and we work with them remotely, with regular demos on a staging site so you always see where the project stands.
