ExpressTaxi24 is a taxi company in Zürich. It needed a website where customers can book a ride online quickly, and a more professional presence in the local transport market.
AXN Labs designed and developed the booking platform, from UX structure to SEO and launch.
Challenge
People who book a taxi want it done fast. The online reservation had to be quick and easy to use, and the site had to work for customers day or night.
It also had to give the brand a stronger, more professional presence in Zürich.
Solution
We built the platform with CodeIgniter 3 and PHP, with a clean interface and a responsive structure.
- Online reservation with a short, intuitive booking flow
- Simple booking forms
- Responsive layout for mobile and desktop
- SEO optimisation before launch
Result
ExpressTaxi24 has a clear, fast booking site that works on any device, and a more professional presence in Zürich's transport market. Customers can book their ride directly online. According to the owner, both phone calls and online reservations have gone up since launch.
